Meet Molly…
I am a Binghamton native and am a Licensed Masters in Social Work. I have over 10 years
of experience in working with individuals, couples, and families with a focus areas in grief
counseling, medical social work, chronic illnesses, anxiety and depression. I also works with
individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. I believe in a person-centered and
strengths-based approach. I understand the importance of meeting people where they are at and
working through problems with a strengths-based approach.
I specialize in providing holistic natured approaches such as mindfulness and spiritual therapy.
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to help you understand and connect how thoughts affect behaviors and
how to use these patterns of thinking effectively to accomplish your goals.
I am available to meet in-person or by tele-health (HIPPA compliant video/audio counseling).
